Refund Policy

At Trailblazer Outfitters LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

✅ Unused & Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. ✅ Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please notify us immediately. We may require photos as proof before processing the refund or replacement. ✅ Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment error, we will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement.

🚫 Refunds Do Not Apply to:

  • Final Sale Items & Customized Products: Any items marked “Final Sale” or customized/personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Items that show signs of use, damage from improper handling, or natural wear after use are not eligible for refunds.

  • Returns Beyond the Refund Window: Refund requests outside the 30-day period cannot be processed.

📌 Important Notes:

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected and deemed eligible.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a fulfillment error or defective product.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🚫 Refund Exclusions – Items That Are NOT Eligible for Refunds

1️⃣ Final Sale & Discounted Items

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or deeply discounted clearance items cannot be refunded.

  • Limited-time promotions or special deals are considered non-refundable unless defective.

2️⃣ Customized or Personalized Items

  • Products with custom engravings, embroidery, or modifications are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Any item created specifically for an individual order cannot be returned or refunded.

3️⃣ Used, Worn, or Damaged Items (After Use)

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse are ineligible for refunds.

  • Altered products (e.g., trimmed straps, modified gear) cannot be returned.

  • If an item has been washed, worn, or exposed to outdoor elements, it is considered used.

4️⃣ Returns Outside the 30-Day Window

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Any return attempts beyond the refund window will not be processed.

5️⃣ Non-Refundable Fees (Shipping & Handling)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to a fulfillment error or defective product.

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged.

📌 Important Notes:

  • Items must meet all eligibility requirements before a refund is approved.

  • If an item is returned in poor condition, we may reject the refund request or issue a partial refund.

  • Refunds are only processed once the return is received and inspected.

2. Refund Process

1️⃣ Contact our customer support at TrailblazerOutfittersllc@gmail.com to initiate a return. 2️⃣ Return the item following our provided instructions. 3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 Business days. 4️⃣ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of fulfillment errors.

4. Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can send a replacement item based on availability.
